Declaration of Accessibility

Pursuant to art. 3 of the Legislative Decree 10 August 2023, n. 82, which transposes the Directive (EU) 2019/882 on the accessibility of products and services, and in accordance with what is provided by D.lgs. 76/2020 (Digital Administration Code), this website does not currently comply with the accessibility requirements set by current legislation.
1. Status of compliance
This site does not comply with the requirements of UNI CEI EN 301 549 and WCAG 2.1 level AA (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) currently in force as reference standards.
This declaration is drawn up on the basis of an internal self-assessment.
A certification from an accredited third party is not currently available.
2. Reasons for non-compliance
The web site:
- was published before 28 June 2025;
- has not undergone any substantial changes (e.g. restyling of the design, addition of complex functionalities, new information architecture) since that date;
- has structural limitations and technological legacies that currently prevent full compliance with accessibility criteria.
Some of the technical issues identified may include:
- No textual alternatives for non-textual elements (images, decorative icons);
- Insufficient color contrast between text and background in some sections;
- Lack of visual indications for focusable interactive elements;
3. Adaptation plan
The site will be gradually adapted to the accessibility requirements in accordance with the deadlines defined by Legislative Decree 82/2005 and Directive (EU) 2019/882. The deadline for full adaptation is 28 June 2030.
Any interventions will be accompanied by regular updates of this statement.
