Il Messaggero Veneto devoted significant coverage to the official presentation of the Calzavara Group’s new 2025 artistic calendar, held on November 27 at the evocative Torre Santa Maria, headquarters of Confindustria Udine.
The calendar, titled “Wild Nature FVG”, celebrates the biodiversity of Friuli Venezia Giulia through 12 photographs by naturalist Lorenzo Gottardo, each accompanied by a personal narrative from the author. The images capture alpine landscapes, forests, hills, and native wildlife, offering a moment of reflection on the importance of environmental protection and the richness of the region’s natural heritage.
During the event, Chairman Marco Calzavara described Friuli Venezia Giulia as “a small compendium of the universe,” emphasizing the evocative power of the photographs and the company’s ongoing commitment to promoting both cultural and environmental awareness in the region.
Since 2022, proceeds from calendar sales have been donated to local charitable organizations. The 2025 edition will support the Wildlife Rescue Center of Terranova (Gorizia), as announced during the presentation, which also featured remarks from Damiano Baradel, director of the facility.
“An initiative that combines art, ethics, and environmental commitment,” wrote the newspaper, “capable of inspiring and raising awareness, engaging an increasingly broad and attentive audience”.
