Integrated Management for Quality, Health, Safety, Environment and Information Security
Calzavara has established an Integrated Management System covering Quality (ISO 9001), Occupational Health & Safety (ISO 45001) and Environment (ISO 14001). In addition, the company has implemented an Information Security Management System (ISMS) aligned with the international ISO/IEC 27001 standard.
By adopting a risk-based approach, Calzavara continuously monitors internal and external factors that may affect business performance. Preventive and corrective controls are applied to drive ongoing improvement in product and service quality, environmental sustainability, workplace safety, and information protection — all essential elements for ensuring customer satisfaction and strengthening organizational resilience.
The Management promotes a strong culture of continuous improvement, encouraging the professional development of employees and fostering responsible conduct throughout the organization. Environmental impacts and risks related to health, safety, and information security are systematically assessed and mitigated. Employees, partners, and suppliers are actively involved in ensuring compliance with applicable laws, international standards, and recognized best practices.
